Meet Lian
Hi! I’m Lian, the heart (and hands) behind Made with Love by Lian! I wear many hats - homeschooling mom of three, NICU Respiratory Therapist, and self-taught baker - but my journey into allergy friendly baking started with something deeply personal: my son’s severe egg and tree nut allergy.
As a mom, there’s nothing harder than watching your child feel left out - especially when it comes to food. Birthday parties and family gatherings became stressful because I couldn’t find a safe option for him that tasted good too, so I decided to create my own!
What started as a necessity turned into a passion. I began experimenting with egg free, nut free, and allergy friendly (dairy free, soy free, gluten free, vegan) recipes that didn’t just “work” but taste JUST as good - if not better - than traditional baked goods. Soon, I realized it wasn't just my son who needed this. So many people, kids and adults alike, struggle to find treats they can safely enjoy. That’s why I started Made with Love by Lian, to make sure everyone gets to enjoy delicious baked goods without worry.
